When it is low season in Panama City, Panama?
I was wondering when it was a good time to travel there. Also, are there beaches in Panama City, Panama? Or did you go to another city Panama to the beach? If yes, how far the beach by car? A transit / subway train?
We have here two seasons. The rainy season extends April / May through mid-December. The dry season runs from mid-December when it starts raining again usually April / May Now we're in the rainy season and it rains almost every day. Not all day, an hour or two, but it is very cloudy and overcast during this time of year. So people like you who want to go to the beach, usually come in the dry season. The rates are higher that the city is more crowded, but it is sunny. it also rains more on the Caribbean coast, especially in Bocas del Toro. By car, on Isla Grande will be 90 minutes if you take the new highway, the autopista. To go to the beach Gorgona, or Vera Cruz will be approximately one hour. No metro, no trains. Every bus .. There are no beaches in Panama City. There are some nearby, but they are not the best. They would Taboga Island (accessible by ferry and it has some hotels). Vera Cruz is the closest, but it is really just a village on the other side of the canal and the beach is not very pleasant. To arrive those of Nice, you need a car. Even if you take a bus on a Pacific beach, the driver drops you off at the Panamerican highway and you will go a long way to go to the beach. Unless you're lucky enough to find a taxi. Santa Clara is the best on the Pacific coast, and it is 90 minutes drive from the city. From the Caribbean side, the beaches are beautiful, but you need a car. Isla Grande is one of the best in Panama. It is small island with a beach on both sides and some small hostel type hotels. There are water taxis that take you to the beach and bring you back.

Do maps exist for Jersey City, New Jersey that show places of residence of toxic materials such as oil tanks?
I have a recollection of seeing a map of my neighborhood in Jersey City with toxic materials listed as an overlay including fuel & home heating oil tanks and found that other materials such as chromium, so we never saw such a card?
